Returns and Refunds Policy
1. Return Policy
1.1 Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain products, such as custom orders or clearance items, may not be eligible for return. These exclusions will be clearly indicated on the product page.
1.2 Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include this documentation with your return shipment.
2. Return Process
2.1 Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@allighting.com.au with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
2.2 Shipping Your Return
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refunds
3.1 Inspection and Approval
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
3.2 Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
4. Exchanges
4.1 Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at info@allighting.com.au with your order number and details about the issue. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
5. Non-Returnable Items
5.1 Custom Orders
Custom orders or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.
5.2 Clearance Items
All sales of clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. Shipping Refunds
6.1 Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6.2 Refund of Original Shipping Costs
If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
